Associate Professor Claudia Szabo

Claudia’s main research interests lie in the area of complex systems and their practical applications to domains such as biology, social networks, and Defence. She leads the Complex Systems program within the Centre for Distributed and Intelligent Technologies. She has extensive collaborations with industry partners which has resulted in focused research programs advancing research in state-of-the-art decision-making techniques, modelling and simulation of complex adaptive systems, and their application to various domains. In total, since 2017, Claudia has helped secure over $25.3M in grants and research funding, of which $8.3M as Chief Investigator.
