Astute Systems is an Australian defence technology company headquartered in Brisbane, designing, manufacturing and supporting the rugged hardware, open architecture software and platform integration capability that Defence platforms need to operate as one.

They work with Defence primes, platform integrators and program teams across land, maritime, air and space domains. Their mission is simple: transform complex platform technology into clearer decisions, faster action and stronger mission performance for the people who rely on it in the field.

Their full-stack capability combines the GXA-1 AI Mission Computer (the brain) and BushNET platform backbone (the central nervous system) with three modular software pillars — ATLAS Digital Crew, HERMES Intelligent Voice and TALOS Land Operating System — connected by their Astute DDS data distribution middleware. Each element can be adopted independently or as a coherent, GVA-aligned mission system architecture.
