Emily is the CEO and co-founder of UndaTech, which specialises in innovative protective and performance base layers for high-risk sectors. With over 12 years of experience in the Royal Australian Navy, Emily has honed her leadership and management skills in dynamic and challenging environments. Passionate about enhancing the performance and survivability of high-risk workforces, particularly women, her entrepreneurial efforts are dedicated to addressing the evolving challenges faced by frontline workers in defence forces. Emily is also a member of the Women in Defence Association advisory board and actively participates in initiatives that promote innovation, inclusion, and diversity within the Defence sector and beyond.
