Co-founder & COO

A retired United States Marine Corps Officer, Gary was fortunate enough to serve on an exchange tour with the Australian Defence Force Headquarters Joint Operations Command.   Gary is inspired by enhancing Australia’s national interests, assisting with developing sovereign capability, and further strengthening security ties between Australia and the United States.  He brings 23 years of experience in Defence and Defence Consulting and a passion for solving hard problems with talented people.

Gary is currently focused on assisting clients to meet the challenges and opportunities of a complex strategic environment, and to maximise the opportunity presented by AUKUS to strengthen and enhance security cooperation between Australia, the US, and the UK. Gary seeks to meet this need through partnered companies ADCG and AVMG, which assist organisations in becoming Government, Defence, and AUKUS Ready.

As the Co-Founder and COO of AVMG, Gary seeks to enhance Australia’s sovereign defence industrial base by providing comprehensive business security solutions alongside our network of expert partners.

As COO and Director of Strategic Consulting for ADCG, Gary provides nuclear expert-informed management consulting and nuclear-powered submarine training and education to stakeholders across Australia.

As the Co-Founder and COO of ANP, Gary provides insights derived from our experience, knowledge and broad networks on nuclear power issues in Australia.
