With four years of experience working in Canberra’s innovation ecosystem, and many more in operational and community building roles, Hayley is passionate about the power of collaboration when it comes to seeing startups thrive. She is an experienced facilitator with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and is able to achieve outcomes with a work-smarter attitude. Starting out in a role that was industry agnostic, she has been working hard to understand the needs of startups, spinouts and scaleups in the Defence and National Security sector. With people at the heart of her work, she specialises in helping innovators to understand their audience, refine how they communicate, and build strategic relationships.
