Emily Pyke is an ADF veteran and co-founder of UndaTech, a company specialising in protective and performance base layers for high-risk sectors.  

With over 12 years of experience in the Royal Australian Navy, Emily has developed strong leadership and management skills in dynamic and challenging environments. Passionate about innovation and enhancing the performance and survivability of high-risk workforces—particularly women—Emily is dedicated to addressing the evolving challenges faced by frontline workers every day. As a member of the Women in Defence Association advisory board and a participant in the Defence Trailblazer DINAMIC programs, Emily is committed to advancing initiatives that improve operational effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and diversity within the Defence space.
