Heather Nicoll is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and Royal Military College, serving in Signals Corps for 15 years. Other past roles include at the University of Queensland and Australian National University, experience as a consultant to government, industry and higher education clients and, most recently, Manager of the UNSW Defence Research Institute.
