Host a site visit for students through our Industry Site Visits Program.

The program is aimed at fostering a deeper understanding and engagement between students and industry professionals, inspiring interest in careers within the defence sector.

The Defence Trailblazer Team will work closely with you to plan and organise a 2–3-hour tour to showcase your organisation to a small group of up to 15 undergraduate, postgraduate and/or research students. A site visit can include:

  • a tour of the facilities
  • organisational briefing from the leadership team
  • a panel with industry professionals about their area of work, education and career trajectories; and
  • networking opportunities with other professionals, existing interns and recent graduates

  • Be a registered Australian business with current public liability insurance of at least AUD 20 million
